Shipping & Payment Policy

Delivery is free on every order: no minimum spend, no coupon, no product excluded. We deliver to eight countries: Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, Ireland, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. Orders can only be placed with a delivery address in one of them.

1. Delivery times and costs

Transit times start once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Carriers: in Spain, Correos Express, SEUR or MRW; to Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, Ireland, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, DHL, UPS or GLS, depending on the destination and the service available.

2. Order processing

We prepare and dispatch your order from our warehouse in Paterna (Valencia) within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed from the next business day.

As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you the shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

3. Delivery to the United Kingdom

The UK is outside the European Union, so imports are subject to customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. All of these are already included in our prices: the amount you see at checkout is final, and there is nothing more to pay on delivery. The only thing customs can change is the timing, if clearance takes longer than usual.

4. Payment

Pay online by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
