2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the RAQUIVA website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order information is correct and accepts the Terms of Service and the policies linked at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
3. Orders and prices
There is no minimum order amount. Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT and, for the United Kingdom, all import duties and customs-clearance fees. Shipping is free, so the amount shown at checkout is the final amount. Before payment, the customer can review the products, quantities, prices, delivery address and available payment method. If a clear pricing or stock error is identified before dispatch, RAQUIVA will contact the customer and offer correction or cancellation and refund.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed online before dispatch. Available methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express, subject to the options displayed at checkout for the order. The customer selects a method, enters the required payment information and confirms the order. Payments are processed through secure payment systems, and RAQUIVA does not store complete card details.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Spain: 2–5 days.
- Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, Ireland, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom: 5–7 days.
Shipping is free for all products and order values in these countries. No minimum order amount or coupon is required.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import duties, import VAT and customs-clearance fees are paid by RAQUIVA and are already included in the price shown at checkout. The recipient pays nothing extra on delivery. Customs processing may affect the delivery time.
6. Returns and exchanges
Most unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt if they remain in their original condition, original packaging and complete with included items. Voluntary returns are free: a prepaid return label is included in every package, and no return shipping cost or restocking fee is deducted from the refund. For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, RAQUIVA PADEL EQUIPMENT, S.L. covers approved return costs. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 3 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to availability. Full instructions are provided on the Return and Exchange Policy page.
7. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity under Spanish consumer-protection law, including Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. Remedies are applied according to the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Consumer rights
These Terms do not restrict rights granted by mandatory Spanish or European Union consumer law. Where a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule applies.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be handled according to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules and, where legally permitted, by the courts of Valencia, Spain.
